Shipping

The services that we use to ship include UPS, FedEx and USPS. 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Overnight are the three types of shipping methods we employ. Shipping rates are computed based on weight, dimensions, and destination. If you’re unsure of your agreeability with our rate, call or email us with the zip code and item you will be purchasing and we will be happy to provide you with the rate ahead of time. Cut off time for expedited services is 1pm EST Monday – Friday.  Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are areas available for discounted rates for 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping. The order process beings with packages being shipped out within one to three business days due to delay from processing. Primarily, an order is shipped within 24 hours of being registered. Processing time is completely independent from shipping time and therefore will lead you to consider the following steps: 1. An order may be delayed up to 24 hours before being registered by our office. 2. Processing time of the order. 3. The shipping company’s delivery time. Our offices and service departments are opened Monday thru Friday, 10am to 5pm EST. Orders are unavailable to be processed or shipped on weekends and holidays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Diligence is strongly forced in order to ship orders as quickly as possible. Again, the processing time of an order is completely independent from the shipping time, so, to predict delivery time, consider the following influences: The time an order is received by our office may be delayed up to 24 hours, but, it could be delayed up to 72 hours given the time is a weekend or holiday. In most cases, an order will likely take one to three business days to be finished processing. Additional time will be added to your total shipping period if information is entered incorrectly when placing an order and an additional charge will be made to the card holders of the account to compensate for the correction. The charge will occur only if the blame for it rests in the hands of the customer. It will be credited after the order has left our boundaries and we have been billed by UPS or USPS. In all these cases, we will thoroughly search for the culprit of the error and ensure that it was the customer’s fault before imposing a fee.
